Here’s a fun and nourishing tip for you—gather some spruce tips!

If you’re lucky enough to have spruce trees nearby, those soft, bright green tips at the end of each branch are packed with goodness. You can eat them straight (my dad used to snack on them like candy!), or toss them into a smoothie like I did this morning—mine had about half a cup of spruce tips, pineapple, banana, and coconut water. So refreshing!

You can also steep them in tea for a cozy, revitalizing treat. 🌿
