I have a little tip for you today, inspired by a recent retreat with Dan King. He had a fresh take on the bucket list – instead of just listing things we want to do, why not create a F* It List**?
These are the things you’re saying “F*** it, I’m done with that.“ For me, it’s ditching the people-pleasing. When I catch myself doing something out of guilt or obligation, I’m saying F* it** and honoring my F* yeses** and F* nos** instead.
