Your Weekly Bite Sized Pleasure Tip:
No Mud, No Lotus
Here’s my tip for you today: No mud, no lotus.
Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us that the lotus—the beautiful, fragrant flower—can only grow in thick, stinky mud. And guess what? We’re no different.
Life’s challenges, grief, and messy moments are the mud that helps us bloom. Since my dad passed, I’ve had to wade through a lot of it. But even in the hardest times, I’ve found gifts—strength, clarity, and deeper alignment with Spirit. It’s part of what brought me to Mexico.
So here’s my invitation to you: Can you find gratitude for the mud in your life? What lotuses are growing from it?
If you’re craving more tools to navigate your own mess, I shared a raw and real Soul Talk called “The Naked Truth: 3 Hidden Myths That Keep Women Unhappy and Disconnected from Their Bodies.” It’s only up for a few more days, and I’d love for you to watch and comment—I’m on a mission to reach 555 comments inside the Women’s Spirit Collective!
Join the group, watch and commentAnd tell me, what mud are you learning to be grateful for? Inside our Sacred Pleasure Path Sisterhood Facebook Group for weekly tips. If you’re not a part of the group yet, answer the three questions to join our safe and sacred space.
