Pain Means STOP!
I wanted to share a vital reminder with you today: when your body experiences pain, it’s telling you to stop and listen. Pain is your body’s way of communicating that something needs attention—not just a signal to reach for medication.
The more you rely on painkillers, the less effective they become over time. Instead, try to pause and truly feel the pain, allowing your body to guide you. Pleasure and pain are two sides of the same coin, and by tuning into these signals, you unlock your body’s innate wisdom and healing power.
When pain whispers, take a moment—if not immediately, then as soon as you can—to go within and listen. Your body always has a message, and by pausing, you allow it to guide you toward healing.
