When I was going through a stressful time, I realized that no matter how healthy my food was, if I wasn’t in the right mindset or environment, I couldn’t fully digest it. So yes, eating healthy is important, but how you eat is even more crucial.

Take time to slow down, eat mindfully, and enjoy the moment. Light a candle, make it a sacred space, and allow your body to absorb the nourishment fully.
