See beauty or let beauty see you…

May this early morning sun kissing photo of the dogwood berries, breathe life into you and bring you deeply into the present moment which is all that there is!

Be a seeker of BEAUTY! Simple beauty is everywhere, we just need to get down low on the ground, pause long enough to truly see & our hearts will be cracked wide open.  Beauty has the power to call you into the present ~ the gift of the moment which is the present!

Another chapter for my forthcoming book is emerging however I couldn’t wait to share this masterpiece with you now… to inspire you!

With all of the beauty that surrounds me here each day in my cabin by the lake in the boreal forest of Northern Alberta, Canada, I am being called to create a picture book entitled “365 Days of Beauty to Inspire You” (also a work or shall I say ‘play’ in progress!)

According to dictionary.com Inspire means: verb 1. to exert a stimulating or beneficial effect upon (a person); animate or invigorate 2. (transitive; foll by with or to; may take an infinitive) to arouse (with a particular emotion or to a particular action); stir 3. (transitive) to prompt or instigate; give rise to: her beauty inspired his love 4. (transitive; often passive) to guide or arouse by divine influence or inspiration 5. to take or draw (air, gas, etc) into the lungs; inhale 6. (transitive) ( archaic) to breathe into or upon to breathe life into”to inhale” Also inspire originated in the 14 century & meant: “to fill (the mind, heart, etc., with grace, etc.);”

Take time to BE in nature.  Nature has the power to heal us. Beauty has the power to “arouse you by divine influence”, or to “exert a stimulating or beneficial effect upon you.”  Let beauty INSPIRE you!  Take time to be a seeker of beauty!  Go outside now!  Shut your computer off!  Go be a seeker of beauty!  Please type “YES” if this served you in some way!
