Hey there! Today I wanted to share a tip that I find helpful when I’m stressed or overwhelmed. My tip for you today is to be like a dog!
Dogs are amazing creatures, and they have so much to teach us. One thing I’ve noticed about dogs is that they’re good at relaxing and just taking it easy. Whenever I’m feeling tense, I like to take a cue from my furry friends and just lay down on the grass to relax.
It’s amazing! How much better you can feel just by taking a few minutes to breathe, stretch, and enjoy the world around you.
So go ahead and watch dogs in action – you’ll see that they’ll run and play, and then they’ll lay down, roll over, and be still.
