Calm Your Nervous System!

Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? It’s time to prioritize your well-being and calm your nervous system. I recently learned a powerful practice that I can’t wait to share with you!

Imagine finding joy and peace amidst the chaos by simply calming your vagus nerve. It’s easier than you think.

Here’s how:

  1. Start by looking straight ahead.
  2. Slowly turn your head all the way to the left while tracking with your eyes.
  3. Keep turning until you can’t go any further, then continue to look as far back as you can.
  4. Breathe deeply and stay in this position until you yawn or notice a shift in your body.
  5. Repeat the process on the right side.

Do this at least two to three times, and observe the amazing results. With each repetition, you’ll likely notice increased flexibility in your neck and a calmer nervous system. It’s a simple yet transformative practice.
