Follow & Label Your Breath

My tip for you today is to breathe and follow your breath!

Try to follow and label your breath so that when you breathe-in in your mind, you say breathing in, and when you exhale, you say breathing out.

This practice of breathing consciously & mindfully will get you to the present moment, which eventually helps you attain pleasure!
