I suggest that you go out and gather some spruce tips. They can be found in cold and northern areas and offer various health benefits. They are a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants! But they can also be used to make teas and other delicious treats. Plus, they can help boost your immune system!
It’s a great idea to stock them up in your freezer and have them during the winter to help you stay healthy during cold and flu season.
