Go Inward, Like Nature, in the Evening

My tip for you today is to find evening practices where you focus more inward, slow down, and close down.

In the video, I want to show you how even nature closes down as it gets into the evening. The lake gets calmer, and the flower petals close too! So that’s what your body needs too! It needs time to go inwards and slow down. Try to draw your energy inwards just like flowers do.
