Laugh for 10 minutes!

It’s Tantric Tuesday, and I wanted to share a delightful tip for your weekly dose of pleasure.

If you’re a Spotify user, I highly recommend checking out Tammy Lee and indulging in 10 minutes of laughter. It might sound unusual, but did you know that just 10 minutes of hearty laughter, can be equivalent to an hour of cardio? Yes, you read that right!

My friend Jennifer and I have a bold suggestion for you: Instead of Skip the dishes, “Skip the gym!” Instead of sweating it out on the treadmill, skip right to 10 minutes of laughter. Not only will it save you time, but it also provides you with the cardio benefits you’d get from the gym.

Laughter isn’t just good for your heart; it’s fantastic for your overall well-being. It releases those wonderful endorphins, rather than the cortisol, adrenaline, and testosterone. So, laugh your way to health and happiness.
