Stop Emotional Eating!

Today I want to talk to you about emotional eating and how you can stop it.

When I overeat or eat emotionally, I end up not feeling great about myself after, and it’s not good for the body and health.

So next time you’re reaching to open that fridge in between meals, pause and ask yourself these questions.

  1. What am I hungry for?
  2. Am I hungry right now?
  3. What am I yearning for?
  4. What do I need right now? Do I need food, or do I need some nurturing?

Mostly when I emotionally eat, I try to fill myself from outside. So ask yourself this question.

Am I trying to fill myself from the outside, or is it time to fill myself up from the inside?
