Accept the things you cannot change and accept the things you have no control over.

When you’re able to meet these things with acceptance and to let go of feeling the need to take control, you are able to then move towards gratitude, which will then help you to focus on the things you love. Practicing letting go and being at peace with what is will help you relax, reduce your stress and build your resilience!

It may be a little difficult getting started, but remember that when you accept the things you cannot change, you are opening yourself to more pleasure.
