Studies have shown that just being outside – not even walking or sitting, but simply just being in nature – can reduce your stress, release endorphins (the neurotransmitter of pleasure!) and increase your inner happiness.

I know I can attest to that. Whenever I go outside I always find myself smiling more, experiencing more inner peace and feeling much happier.
