Eat More RED!
Oftentimes when we’re not feeling as blissful as we should be it’s because we aren’t living in our bodies. Our minds are occupied, we’re busy in our thoughts or we’re focused on the world around us – We’re not paying attention to what feels good!
Eating more red and wearing more red helps to ground you, to recenter yourself so that you can focus on what you are experiencing in your body.
