Go to Bed Early (or Earlier)
I begin my bedtime routine at 9:30pm by engaging in something relaxing like reading. Then, right at 10pm I have the lights off and am ready to sleep.
Having good sleep hygiene will honor your circadian rhythm and help you get a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep, which is VITAL for PLEASURE!
