As a child, you could be anything you wanted; the world opened up to you, giving you space to imagine, to create, to be – to play!

Playing is a crucial part of a child’s development, but did you know that it’s also crucial to you, too?

Your Weekly Bite Sized Pleasure Tip:

Build Something Out of Snow (or Sand)

This week, capture your inner child by going outside and building something out of the snow – or if you live somewhere warm, build something out of sand!

Gifting yourself the time to play will make you more relaxed, more motivated, and more joyous. Your stress will melt away, you will feel rejuvenated and you may even be more inspired and creative!

There is so much healing power in play, and by giving yourself the space and time to have fun and let go, you will experience more pleasure and more emotional well-being.

I hope you use the healing power of play this week, and you let me know if you were able to create something out of snow (and if you do, remember to take photos to cherish the memory!).
